Non – Utopian Plans, a comprehensive book of plans by the author.
A set of 43 loose sheets with reproductions of line drawings by Jiří Černický, one of which – Proun Space Station – is additionally printed in color using the serigraphy technique and, as an original graphic work, is part of each copy of the book. They are consecutively numbered 1–50, graphic sheets 1/50–50/50; author’s copies I–XII, graphic sheets I/XII–XII/XII. All copies of the book and graphic sheets are signed by Jiří Černický. The set is accompanied by a catalog with texts by Jiří Černický and Marek Pokorný.Cyklus vznikal postupně, od počátku 90. let minulého století do roku 2014. Jde převážně o černobílé kresby-výkresy objektů, staveb, instalací a situací doprovázené rukou psanými návody a komentáři.
The catalog was created in collaboration with the Zdeněk Sklenář gallery and the Najbrt studio.

The cycle was created gradually, from the early 1990s to 2014. It consists mainly of black and white drawings – drawings of objects, buildings, installations and situations accompanied by handwritten instructions and comments. The drawings are a preliminary stage of realizations, which were never realized, because Černický’s designs appear to be utopian for many reasons. However, plans that seem utopian in the context of a certain region can become “normally” feasible in the context of a wider region, for example Europe, and are therefore non-utopian.
Some were eventually realized – models for the exhibition Wild Dreams, organized by the Rudolfinum Gallery in Prague in 2016.
