In the installation, an industrial heavy-duty electrical socket was tested, into which an extension cord ended with a 3-way socket splitter was plugged. 3 identical cords were then connected to it. More and more extension cords were gradually connected to the 9 outputs created in this way. Thus a “wild” mess of cables with many outputs was created, into which various appliances were plugged to make them work. The experiment was terminated when the appliances failed to function.
