Putinka is a proposal for the project of a giant memorial to V. Putin. The total height of the monument is 300m, which makes it the largest statue in the world. Its other important function should be the production of energy for the city of Sevastopol. It should be the most powerful wind farm in the world. An 18Mw sea turbine should be installed in the statue’s arm. The diameter of the rotor y was supposed to be 250 m. The gilded statue was supposed to welcome ships and planes approaching the Crimea. The power plant should be located on Cape Kerson near the Sevastopol airport and port.
