In the 1990s, I once boarded a tram in Prague and noticed a supposedly agile and successful man whose balloon had been blown away by the wind, so that at that moment the man looked like he had wings. He was dressed in a perfectly tailored jacket under his coat. At the time, the US military was using a famous stealth aircraft – the Stealth F – 117 attack bomber. It occurred to me at that moment that there was a certain connection between such men and what allows aircraft to be invisible. So my sculpture is so luxuriously invisible that the secret object even penetrates the gallery walls.
