The statuette of Aphrodite with a handle was used as a drawing tool in a performance.
The drawing part of the instrument is the hands of the goddess of love, who seems to be trying to capture
any unevenness in the floor, trying to free herself from the grip of the drawers.
Those who do the drawing are the two actors (the lovers):
1. – The beloved girl, clutching Aphrodite.
2. – The loving boy, grasping the girl’s legs.
