The table is covered with a white cloth that might have been left here after a weird secret event – such as a spiritualist séance. Although the participants are gone, the tablecloth is unnaturally shifted around the corner of the table and a half-finished cup of coffee is vibrating on it – at intervals it stops and starts to vibrate again randomly. The drapery covering the corner of the table moves too. And where it seems to make anthropomorphic movements, a drawing resembling a phantom occurs.
